About Me
I'm a devoted mother to my little boy, Archie, and a newly fully qualified Early Years Practitioner with an Ofsted-registered childminder agency. My passion for childcare and early years development has led me to launch my own home-based nursery. I believe that freedom to explore in nature is essential for a child’s emotional, social, and personal well-being, which is why outdoor activities and learning is at the heart of my approach.
My family home is situated on the edge of a farm in the rural village of Church Stowe, Northamptonshire, surrounded by nature & animals. The environment I have created offers children a magical space to explore—learning through play and adventure whilst feeling safe, nurtured and inspired by the natural world.
My Experience
Previously offered emergency wrap around nursery childcare for local families. Raising my own child has provided me with hands-on experience in nurturing, educating and caring for children. I’m passionate about providing children with a healthy, varied diet, avoiding processed foods and limiting sugar. Having completed a cooking course, all meals produced are homemade using the highest quality food. I endeavour to create a warm, welcoming, inclusive, family environment. My setting is built on respect & kindness and I focus on fun group-led activities to encourage teamwork and individual growth.
