My Experience

I have hands-on experience caring for my own one-year-old son, which has given me a deep understanding of the needs and routines of young children. Additionally, I have worked my churches crèche, looking after children under the age of three. This experience allowed me to develop my skills in creating a warm, supportive environment where children can flourish and engage in age-appropriate activities.

Through both personal and professional experiences, I’ve learned how to tailor my approach to each child’s needs, fostering a sense of security and encouraging development in a caring and positive way.

My Qualifications

I am committed to providing the highest standards of care and education. My qualifications include:

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework – I have a solid understanding of the EYFS, which guides my approach to supporting the learning and development of young children in a play-based, child-centred environment.

Safeguarding – I have completed safeguarding training, ensuring that I can effectively protect children from harm and promote their well-being in all areas of care.

Food Hygiene – I also I took training in Food Hygiene, ensuring that I can safely prepare and handle food in a clean and hygienic manner for the children in my care.

Safe Sleep – I am trained in safe sleep practices, making sure that each child is placed in the safest possible sleep environment, in line with current guidelines.

Paediatric First Aid – I am fully trained in Paediatric First Aid, giving me the skills and confidence to respond quickly and appropriately in the event of an emergency involving young children.

My Fees

• Childminding from £5.60 per hour

Hourly Rate: £5.60

Daily Rate: £50 (Between 8-9 hours)

Late Pick-up fee: £2.50 per 15 minutes

Out of hours Rates: £7 (Applied before 8:00am and after 17:30pm)
