My Experience
My work experience as a child caretaker has allowed me to work with many ethnic minority children. This has given me the ability to take learn about other culture and responsibility for young children and understand their needs. Furthermore, working as a child caretaker helped me understand that planning for the future is essential as it leads to running an effective organisation. It helps you understand the importance of planning and preparing for the challenges you face regularly, as you need to be accountable for your tasks, working with children can be challenging, however, I managed to support the younger individuals with their needs and assist them with their tasks. I learnt that patience is one of the key skills required in a medical field, this experience helped improve my ability to remain calm in difficult situations. I also contain a level 3 in health and social care and a certificate to work with Sen children.
