Hi, I'm Anna Anil, 19 years old as of March 2025. I’m currently a sixth-form student, set to finish my studies in June 2025. My Experience
I have hands-on experience caring for my younger brother and cousins, which has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and the ability to engage with children in a nurturing way. In addition to this, I have experience teaching dance to young children, where I focus on making learning fun while building their confidence and coordination. I have also worked as a teaching assistant in two primary schools in Redditch as part of my work experience, assisting teachers in the classroom, supporting students with their learning, and helping create a positive and engaging environment. During this time, I received positive feedback for my enthusiasm, adaptability, and ability to connect with children. Additionally, I assist in teaching catechism at my church’s Sunday school, where I help young children understand and engage with religious teachings in an interactive and supportive setting. For this role, I have obtained a DBS check, ensuring my suitability to work with children in a safe and responsible manner.
My Qualifications
I am currently completing my A-Level studies and taking part in an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), which has helped me develop research, time management, and independent learning skills. I have achieved GCSEs in Maths and English and hold a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in the CBSE syllabus, an internationally recognized qualification. My education, combined with my hands-on experience working with children, has strengthened my communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, I hold a DBS check, ensuring my suitability for working with children in a safe and responsible environment.
My Availability
I am available for part-time childcare work on weekdays after 3:20 PM until June 2025, as I am currently completing my studies. I am also open to working on weekends if needed. From summer 2025 onwards, I will be available for full-time work. I am flexible with my hours and willing to accommodate the needs of families looking for reliable childcare support.
