About Me
Hello, I am a Colombian doctor, native in both English and Spanish, specialized as a paediatrician in Colombia, experienced working both in-patient in the hospital ward, as well as in the Emergency and Urgent paediatric care. I recently moved to the United Kingdom with my partner, who's company transferred him to the London office; I am in the processes of becoming GMC-certified and getting the documentation in order to practice medicine in the UK, but in the meanwhile have free time on my hands and miss working with children.
My Experience
Trained and experience working as a paediatrician, I worked primarily with sick or ill children, both in the acute and chronic setting. I worked in both the hospital ward, Urgente care and A&E deparment, as well as babysitting in a non-professional capacity for friends and family.
My Qualifications
As a paediatrcian, I have NALS, PALS and BLS certification necessary to work in hospitals, as well as STABLE course for newbowns. I have not worked as a babysitter or nanny in a professional capacity before, but I have a 3-year medical specialty taking care of children of all ages, from newborns to 18 year-olds.
My Availability
I am living in London on a partner's visa sponsered by my finace's employer; I have more time on my hands than I know what to do with since leaving the hospital setting to move to London. As such, I am very flexible with my availability.
