Hi, I’m Sian Reilly, a passionate tutor with a First-Class degree in Geography and Earth Sciences from St. Andrews.
I have extensive experience tutoring 11+, GCSE, and A-Level students, helping them develop confidence and strong exam techniques.
Alongside tutoring, I volunteer with Climate Ed, where I roll out climate education programs across Westminster, Kingston, and Merton boroughs, empowering young people with knowledge on sustainability and climate action. I love making learning engaging and tailored to each student’s needs!
My Experience
I have been a tutor for several years, working with Oxbridge Centres, MyTutor, and the Coronavirus Tutoring Initiative (CTI), specializing in 11+, GCSE, and A-Level Geography.
My lessons focus on breaking down complex concepts, improving essay structure, and refining exam skills to help students achieve top results.
In addition to tutoring, I lead Climate Ed programs in schools across Westminster, Kingston, and Merton, educating young people about climate change and sustainability. I am committed to making learning both effective and inspiring!
My Qualifications
I hold a First-Class degree in Geography & Earth Sciences from the University of St Andrews, where I specialised in geospatial analysis, environmental sustainability, and research methods. I also achieved AAA at A-Level in Geography, English Literature, and History, alongside 11 A GCSEs, including Maths, Sciences, and Humanities. My academic background has strengthened my analytical, research, and communication skills, which I apply in both tutoring and climate education programs.
