About Us

Nature Barn Nursery is a brand-new nursery that caters for children ages 0-5 years old. We are open all year round and offer a range of sessions.

At Nature Barn nursery, we believe that every child is a different flower and altogether make this world a beautiful garden. We believe in giving children the right opportunities from a young age to flourish and blossom into budding individuals. Therefore, we follow a child led approach to learning and encouraging the children to choose their own activities and path. We enable our budding young individuals to have endless opportunities to stories and books both fiction and non-fiction, creating that communication rich environment, bringing out their creative imagination but also grasping their interests with factual existent knowledge of the world around us. We provide our children with real life experiences and risk for them to receive a real-life reward.

We provide our growing young individuals natural objects to discover and explore in their own way, giving each individual the opportunities to learn innovative ways to use tools to nurture their curiosity and grasp the awe and wonder of the world. Our focus is based upon creativity with natural, loose part play using invitations to take part, encouraging growth and learning through engaging activities.

Here at Nature Barn Nursery, we foster an outside in approach to learning using the environment as an extension of our teaching, captivating different parts of childcare theorists thus creating our own unique environment. We believe that this encourages our thriving young generation to begin to problem solve from a young age, developing and becoming curious, independent individuals.

Nature Barn Nursery sees all our children and educators as one extended family showing love, care and compassion to each other, and growing together daily.
