About Me
Hello and welcome to Little Robins Wragby, coming in September 2025!
My name is Michelle and I'm 46 years old. I have a partner 'Charles' and 2 children aged 27 years and 28 years. I am also a proud Nanny to 2 of the most cheeky and beautiful grandchildren I could wish for.
I started my journey into motherhood young and although it has been a hard journey at times, I have always worked hard to achieve my goals and to conquer my challenges.
I feel my personal experience has equipped me with the understanding needed to enrich children in their early years and to support their families.
Children deserve to be given opportunities to progress their development and explore through play in a warm and nurturing home-from-home environment.
I aim to ensure every child is happy and secure at my setting, enabling them to thrive.

My Experience
I am a level 6 qualified (BA Hons) in Early Childhood Studies.
I am SENCO and Makaton trained and as such, I have become experienced in supporting children with additional needs and supporting their families.
I have 14 years experience working in the early years sector, including many years of those in a management position and I love what I do!
My Qualifications
I have a Level 6 (BA Hons) early childhood studies.
I have a level 3 diploma in leadership and management.
I have all necessary safeguarding training and paediatric first aid.
My Availability
I have full availability Monday to Thursday all year round, from 7am till 6pm (with scope for flexibility if feasible). I offer year round service (with the exception of bank holidays and booked holidays).
