Hello, let me introduce myself,
My name is Debbie Long and I have 34 years experience of working with children in a variety of settings.
I have a Diploma in Nursery Nursing
I offer full and part time places
I am passionate about looking after children and strive to provide a fun, homely, safe, caring and friendly setting for your child.
I am a firm believer in parent partnership and will ensure a good relationship between us thus enabling the best for your child always encouraging confidence and individuality.
I have a good knowledge of early learning goals and will plan activities adapting to your child’s development, following their own interests too! Achievements will
always be celebrated and shared.
I love being outdoors and have taken part in forest school on a regular basis, I believe that outdoor learning is essential in childhood and provides enriching life experiences.
I live with my husband and we have 2 adult sons who live independently. I enjoy walking, reading and Zumba.
My Experience
I gained my N.N.E.B qualification in 1991 and have since worked in a variety of settings including nurseries and schools gaining a wealth of valuable experience.
