Hi,
I'm a 35 year old lady who has adopted a beautiful 2 year old boy. Im all about family life and memories, love going for walks down to the beach with our dog, or over the park .
I do like to keep the house tidy and have routine as I feel that is good for the brain :-)
I currently work in a special needs school in London but the time is come that I need to be closer to home.
My Experience
I've worked in a special needs school for 5 years, I was with a challenging behaviour child for 2 years, it took around 6 months for this child to fully trust and relax round me and I understood his needs as he was non verbal. So the aggressive slowly stopped as I new exactly what was wrong and why he would get angry.. I can proudly say he is no longer in the behaviour class in school..
I work working with autism, it's all about understanding them, I've only worked with agers 5-10.
My Qualifications
Nvq level 3 in health and social care
I am positive handling trained .
My Availability
im currently on adoption leave. So times are different until I leave work end off September.
July . Weekends
August overnight
September weekends.
Then from October I can do evenings and overnight. ( which I'll updated the days when we are closer to October).
