My Experience

I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Perinatal, Child, Adolescent and Family Work, which has deepened my understanding of child and adolescent mental health and broadened my expertise to include early childhood development. I am also a volunteer family support worker with Home Start and Family Lives, where I provide support to families with children aged 0 to 5.

Prior to my studies in the UK, I was a qualified child and adolescent psychotherapist in my home country. This professional background has given me solid expertise in working with children and adolescents, particularly in understanding their emotional and developmental needs. My current studies have allowed me to expand my knowledge and skills to support not only older children but also infants and their families, enhancing my ability to provide comprehensive care and support across different developmental stages.

Through my academic training and practical experience, I have developed strong skills in engaging with children and families, assessing their needs, and providing tailored emotional and developmental support. This combination of professional qualifications and hands-on experience enables me to work effectively with children and families in a variety of settings.
