About Me
I'm an art historian teaching in a university and my partner Jonathan works for a food and drinks startup. Our son is due in early May 2025, and we are looking for childcare for when we return to London at the beginning of 2026. We're a friendly, bilingual (English and French) family.
My Requirements
We're looking for full-time or almost full time (eg 4 full days and a half) daycare starting January-February 2026. We would need a place where we could use the 15h government funding (for which we become eligible in April 2026), and that follows term times or can be flexible (eg a 38 rather than 50 week model). We think we'll be based in Brixton but aren't 100% sure of that yet – we're of course willing to pay a deposit to secure a place though.
