CARE DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS!

We have a fully equipped playroom for all sorts of games, fantasy play, problem solving, relaxation, books, stories, inventions, art, handwork, creativity, lateral thinking challenges, or raising butterflies or tadpoles, taking care of earthworms beetles or bugs!

We spend loads of time outdoors, either in our secure garden with its dedicated wild/messy play area or out and about enjoying our rich neighbouring surrounds.

We have water play, messy play, ride-ons, climbing equipment, bug and mini creature habitats. Fantasy play, outdoor art, planting and harvesting.
Further afield: parks for large and small physical development, solving problems, taking risks, and just blowing off steam.
Talking a walk in the countryside to plant wild flower seeds, look for birds nests, learn colours by finding flowers.
Mini farms to enjoy feeding farm animals, or holding touching and getting to know more exotic creatures like a python or corn snake, at a well known local Wild Life Conservation company.
Soft play when the weather is too soggy for meaningful rolly-poly outside.
Indoor activities when its lovely to be snuggled inside and experiencing different media, textures, and games.
Twice a week, we are at a Toddlers group in a huge hall, to experience what it is like to operate in a large "classroom" size group and to build up confidence.




Breakfast, lunch & evening meal available. All snacks and refreshments included.

School drop-off & pick-up.

Homework, reading remedial & re-teach assistance in all subjects.

I Childmind with my husband, who is registered as an assistant.
We both hold relevant and regularly updated certificates in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding etc, plus a whole lot more.
We believe our ongoing learning ultimately benefits the little people we work with as well as their families.

We are a fit, energetic, non-smoking, fun loving, patient, kind but firm, organised, outgoing 'grandparent’ couple with a great sense of humour and clean driving licences.
Off duty, we love walking, cycling, birdwatching, and just being outdoors.
