Hello Ladies,
Me, Elisabeth (35/German) and Daniel (37/Half British/ Half French) are looking for a lovely Nanny for my return to work. We have 3 children, Mia (4), Wolfie (2.5) and Maverick (1). My daughter will start Catholic Primary school in September, so it will be 3 for a few months and then mainly 2 children to look after. Daniel is an Electrical Engineer and I work as a Personal Shopper for Net-A-Porter. I will be working from home between 2-4 Days a week and my main reason for choosing a Nanny besides having that personalised care is that I can be around the children when the job isn’t that busy. As a family we love Arts & Crafts, Outdoor time, Books, any building toy and fresh non processed food.
My Requirements
I’m going back to work full time the last week of May and I’m searching for a full time Nanny to start mid May, between 35-40h. My kids are trilingual (German/ French/ English). Having a German or French speaker would be a huge plus, also a driving license would be a Bonus but willing to let it go for the right person.
I’m looking for a Nanny that is open to a Nannyshare in the future. I have a few friends in the area on maternity leave potentially looking to share a Nanny once their Baby is a bit older. Only sharing with 1 other family to be clear, to keep logistics simple. Obviously pay per hour would then increase .
Someone caring, reliable and tidy that enjoys seeing kids grow and learn would best describe what I’m looking for. Next best thing to mom basically that can become an integral part of our family :-)

I’m looking for someone not more than 16£/h gross, Ofsted registered 18£/h gross is ok also since I can claim back the 20%. I’m also happy to pay fully or partly in Cash if needed and paid holidays but would prefer someone who does their own tax. So please only get in touch if that matches your expectations.
