My Requirements
I work on a 2 week rolling rota, and my partner works 5 days on, 3 days off as well as our child going to pre-school 2.5 days a week (Monday 9-1515, Tuesday 9-1515, Wednesday 9-12) it all gets a bit confusing.
Alongside this, I start work at 8am and partner is out the door before me so childcare would need to start around 7-7:30, which then brings into play pre-school drop offs. We only require childcare on the days that both of us are at work, this varies week by week.
We are amateurs in the world of childcare, and aren't sure if the arrangement we need would come under a childminder or something else but we have been having family step in which is no longer feasible so we are looking for more reliable forms of childcare/help.
