Hi, I’m Olivia,
I’m originally from Australia but now living in London to pursue my dream of growing my personal fashion styling and image consultancy business. Before moving into fashion, I studied teaching in Perth, Australia, and spent five wonderful years working with children from nursery to Year 6, specialising in the arts.
While teaching, I also trained in fashion styling and image consultancy, and I completely fell in love with it. I knew in my heart that it was what I wanted to focus on, but my love for working with children never faded. That’s why I continue to do supply teaching and babysitting here in London, alongside growing my business.
I adore cooking, spending time with family, and caring for little ones.I take pride in creating a warm, fun, and nurturing environment, and I’d love to bring that to your family too!
My Experience
I started working in childcare centres from the age of 19 to 21 while completing my teaching degree. During this time, I worked in the baby room, where I was responsible for three babies per educator. My role included feeding, changing nappies, settling them to sleep, and engaging in play with children aged 3 months to 1 year. I also spent time in the toddler room, caring for children aged 2 to 3 years.
In addition to working directly with the children, I helped out in the kitchen, preparing meals, as I have a real passion for cooking.
After completing my teaching degree, I went on to teach children from kindergarten to Year 6. My role involved planning and delivering the curriculum across various subjects, organising daily activities, supporting children with special educational needs, coordinating arts and sports events, teaching health and science, writing reports, and holding regular meetings with parents.
