Hi, I’m Georgina! I’m 32 years old, and in my spare time, I love spending time outdoors, exploring nature and going on long walks. My Experience
I am an experienced Early Years professional with 16 years of dedicated work in childcare, supporting and nurturing hundreds of different families. I have a deep passion for early childhood development and am fully committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
I hold a qualification in Speech and Language, which has greatly enhanced my ability to support children in developing communication skills from a young age. My experience spans across a variety of settings, but most recently, I spent 4 years as a Nursery Manager, where I was responsible for leading a team and ensuring the highest quality of care for the children.
I am proud to share that my nursery setting recently received an Outstanding grade from Ofsted following an inspection on 7th February 2025. During my time as a manager, I was also the Designated Safeguarding Lead, which has given me a solid and comprehensive understanding of safeguarding practices and child protection.
In addition to my experience, I am Paediatric First Aid trained, and I have also received specialized training in Allergy Awareness and EpiPen administration, ensuring that I am fully equipped to handle any situation that may arise.
I am extremely passionate about getting it right for every child, and I tailor my approach to suit the individual needs of each child I care for. Whether you need full-time care, special needs support, or just a trusted and nurturing environment, I am here to help.

My Qualifications
I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years, which has provided me with a solid foundation in child development and care. Additionally, I have completed Teamleading Level 5, equipping me with the skills to effectively manage and support teams in childcare settings. I also have a qualification in Speech and Language, which enables me to support children's communication development. I have extensive experience supporting children with Autism and ADHD.
Throughout my career, I have attended numerous training courses to stay up to date with best practices in childcare, and I have even led my own training sessions to share my knowledge and experiences with others in the field.
