Are you an experienced and nurturing caregiver who loves working with infants? Are you passionate about providing a safe and loving environment for a growing baby? We are a busy, professional couple seeking a dedicated full-time live-out nanny to care for our precious 21 months old.

Position Details:
Role: Full-Time Live-Out Nanny
Start Date: (to be discussed)
Location: Battersea, SW11
Hours: 3 days / 8.15am-5.15pm OR 8.30pm-5.30pm. Arriving on time is absolutely essential as we are both working 8.30-5.30pm
Days: Preferably Monday - Wednesday but can flex for the right nanny.
Key Responsibilities:
Childcare: Your primary focus will be to care for our daughter, including feeding, nappy changing/potty training and all care related to the baby, maintaining established routines as agreed upon by the parents.
Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals for the baby and potentially for the family, following any dietary preferences or restrictions. Agree on the weekly menu with parents and cook /batch cook accordingly.
Light Housekeeping Support (only for toddler specific needs) : Assist with light housekeeping duties including cleaning after mean & snack times to maintain hygine, maintaining the main living areas, baby's playroom, buggy (very important), toys and bathrooms in a clean and tidy condition (after bath time if required).
Our daughter’s Laundry and Ironing: Help with laundry our daughter, including ironing, and ensure that our daughter’s clothing and linens are clean and well-maintained.
Multilingual Reading: Read to the baby in English and another language, promoting bilingual development.
Play Dates: Arrange and take our daughter to playdates and social activities to encourage social development.
Developmental Stimulation: Engage in age-appropriate activities and simulations that support the baby's growth and learning. We really appreciate proactive nannies requiring less supervision to provide these.
Flexible Evening Care: Be flexible and available for agreed-upon evening care as needed.
No Screen Time: Adhere to the family's policy of no screen time in front of the baby.
Non-Smoker: Maintain a smoke-free environment at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a nanny or caregiver for toddlers, with excellent references.
Knowledge of infant CPR and first aid is a plus.
A warm, nurturing, patient, kind and most importantly respectful personality.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to adhere to any parenting preferences and routines.
