A warm & welcoming family of 5 in Ham, Richmond looking for a professional and experienced housekeeper/nanny with a passion for creating a clean, comfortable & organised home.
My Requirements
The candidate will need to be detail orientated and take initiative within the role before tasks are asked of them. They will need to be efficient with their time management with a proactive attitude as the family are a busy household, sometimes a little chaotic!
They have three children aged 8, 6 & 17 months which the family will need help with as both parents work full time. The family hope to find someone who can seamlessly integrate into their family dynamic and help maintain the household for the foreseeable future.
The role would be 60% housekeeper, 40% childcare with the flexibility for change.
General duties include
- Cleaning the house
- Vacuum & Mopping
- Laundry (Knowledge of material)
- Silverware cleaning
- Changing the beds + towels
- Weekly shop
- Organisation of the house
- Knowledge of products
- Dealing with tradespeople / running errands
- Deep cleaning whilst the family are away.
- Ideally, the family would like someone who can work the odd Saturday to help with hosting (they would be given notice)
- Dealing with dry cleaning
- Ironing (clothing & bedding)
- Replenish bathroom supplies, making sure all bulbs are working.
- Maintenance of machines (Keeping on top of filters etc)
- Basic garden maintenance i.e., sweeping of leaves.
- Cooking & kitchen prep
- Organization of the kid’s school bags + preparation for the next day.
- Clearing up after meals
General childcare duties
- School pick up
- Homework
- Bedtime routine
- Playdates
- Taking the youngest to classes
Essential
- DBS or willing to obtain.
- Previous experience working with/around children.
- Proactive approach, personable nature and reliable and hardworking honest character
- Driver
Desirable
- Knowledge of working in a Kosher house
- Spanish, Hebrew or French speaker
-Cooking skills
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
-9/9:30am - 7.30pm (with flexibility)

ASAP, family willing to wait for the right candidate.
