About Me
Hi, I’m Farah, a registered childminder and a loving mum of two young children based in the S12 area of Sheffield. As a parent myself, I understand how important it is to provide a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow with confidence.
I believe in learning through play and exploring the world around us. That’s why I include daily visits to Graves Park, giving children plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature, see the animals, and have fun outdoors. We will also be visiting library, museums and play groups. My setting offers a home-from-home experience, where little ones can feel comfortable while engaging in activities that support their development.
My Experience
I have a lifetime of experience caring for children, starting from a young age as the eldest of three brothers. Growing up, I naturally took on a nurturing role, helping to look after my younger siblings.
As a mum of two, I understand the joys and challenges of raising children. Throughout my life, I’ve cared for children of various ages, whether within my own family or helping friends and relatives.
My personal and practical experience has shaped my passion for childcare, and I can’t wait to start this new journey.

Childminder Training – covering child development, safeguarding, health & safety, and the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
