About Me

I discovered my passion for education through a journey that combines academic rigor with practical classroom experience. After earning my Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Classics from the University of Leeds, I began applying the analytical thinking and depth of understanding cultivated during my studies to help others navigate their educational paths.

For the past 1-2 years, I've worked as a private tutor, crafting personalized learning approaches that honor each student's unique way of understanding. This one-on-one work has taught me the importance of meeting learners where they are and building confidence alongside content knowledge.

Since October 2024, I've been serving as a Teaching Assistant at a specialist SEN school, supporting students with diverse learning needs. This experience has profoundly shaped my teaching philosophy, enhancing my ability to adapt educational strategies for students who learn differently.

The combination of my academic background in humanities, private tutoring practice, and SEN classroom experience has instilled in me a deep appreciation for teaching as both an art and a science. I believe every student has untapped potential waiting to be discovered, and I find true fulfillment in being part of that discovery process.
