My Requirements
We are looking for a childminder, currently we're still figuring out what our work schedule will be like when Tuppence goes back to work but we'll be aiming for likely a minimum 4 days a week with a chance for 5. We both start work quite early so will be aiming to drop Cass off around 7am with the prospective childminder. My work hours vary significantly over the course of a year so there could be days where I'm able to collect her earlier or drop her off later than usual, likewise there may be the odd day where slightly longer childcare is needed in case Tuppence can't get home from work fast enough.
We're looking to start in late November and Cassandra will be 11 months old by then.
We'll be looking for a childminder who is happy to work with the occasionally flexibility like that, it won't be crazy, just the occasional change here and there.
