About Me
I’ve had a deep interest in how the brain works since childhood, and always felt a strong pull toward supporting children with special educational needs. Growing up, my mum cared for a SEN child as part of her summer job, and seeing the positive impact she had left a lasting impression on me. That experience sparked a lifelong passion, and I’m confident in my ability to bring empathy, understanding, and positive change to the lives of SEN pupils.
My Experience
Over time, I’ve honed strong skills in communication, patience, adaptability, and behaviour management ;essentials when supporting pupils with diverse needs. I take pride in building meaningful, trusting relationships and truly taking the time to understand each pupil as an individual. My approach is always rooted in empathy, and I’m committed to helping every child grow in confidence and thrive both academically and emotionally. With a deep passion and the hands-on skills to match, I know I can bring real value to this role.
