I’ve worked with children as young as 10 months, and I’m happy to provide references from previous family I’ve worked with.

?Preparing healthy meals for kids or the whole family (I’m a certified health coach, so I can also teach your child simple habits for a healthy lifestyle - nutrition, movement, stress management)
? Fun trips to the local park, shopping centre, etc.
? Light housework
? Bedtime, bath time, and creating a calm evening routine
? I’m also comfortable with pets and happy to include them in the fun if you have furry family members!
