My Summary

My Experience

I took care of my toddler cousin when I was in primary school. Ever since I was little, I am always drawn to little children either to play or to take care of them. In junior high school, O also took responsibility to take care of my baby cousin. After graduating high school, I joined Sunday School as a teacher. I was responsible for children aged 1-5, and some were with special needs. This was an 8 year experience with children (2017-2025). Recently, I was a Phonics Teacher in a learning centre for 2 years (2023-2025), teaching children for school preparation (aged 1-3), teaching children (aged 3-5) to read and write using the Jolly Phonics method, as well as teaching children (aged 5-7) a little bit of English grammar and maths for primary preparation & adaptation.

From my experience, I managed to have good relationships with children. They listened and were open to me. I am able to both teach and take care of the children. I love helping children with their potentials. Parents were giving feedback about how their children have overcome fear of social, fear of school, struggles in reading and writing. I am reliable, friendly, caring, and great with kids.

My Qualifications

I am a Psychology graduate. I have 8 years experience of handling children and 2 years experience of teaching in learning centre (school-like setting). I gained Jolly Phonics Teaching certification, Jolly Phonics for British English certification, as well as Phonics and Reading certification from Modern Montessori International (London).

My Availability

I am available on Monday to Friday, from 9am to 8pm, Saturday morning and afternoon.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
• Nannying from £11.00 per hour (net)

Fees including: childcare/babysitting, tutoring/helping with homework, and light house chores.
