I’ve been working in childcare since I was 17, and over the past 6 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children and families in both nursery and home settings. I hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification, and throughout my career I’ve taken on several roles including Nursery Practitioner, Room Manager, and Third in Charge at a busy London nursery. Each role helped shape my understanding of child development, leadership, and how to create enriching, structured environments for little ones.
I’ve also worked as a private nanny, which allowed me to build deeper, more personal relationships with families while applying the same EYFS-led approach in a home setting. That mix of nursery and nanny experience is exactly what inspired me to launch Koko&ko Nannies to bring high-quality, loving childcare into homes and support families in a way that feels both professional and personal.
