About Me
We’re looking for a kind, reliable childminder or nanny to care for our 14-month-old son while both parents are at work.
He’s a sweet, curious, and active toddler who thrives on gentle routines and responsive care. We’re currently working on a transition to independent napping in the crib, so experience with nap support (and lots of patience!) is especially important.
My Requirements
To start, we’re looking for coverage from 7 AM to 5 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the possibility of adding part-time hours on Mondays or Wednesdays in the future if it’s a good fit.
• Has experience with toddlers (12–24 months)
• Confident helping babies nap in the crib and following a consistent routine
• Calm, patient, and responsive — especially during emotional or overtired moments
• Comfortable preparing simple toddler meals/snacks and tidying up after the day
• Prioritises safety, calm play, and emotional connection (no screen time)
• Communicates well and respects our family’s values and boundaries
Bonus if you have:
• Up-to-date enhanced DBS check
• Paediatric First Aid certification
• Previous experience supporting sleep transitions or nap training
