My Experience
I have extensive experience working with children of all ages, from toddlers to early primary, in a range of professional childcare settings. Over the past several years, I have worked in nurseries such as British Rose Nursery (UAE), Maple Bear Nursery (UAE), Wee Gems Nursery (Scotland), and Happitots Nursery (Scotland), supporting children in their day-to-day care, development, and learning.
In these roles, I worked as a Class Teacher, Key Worker and Junior SEN Teacher, responsible for planning activities, completing developmental observations, and maintaining regular communication with parents and carers. I also supported children with additional needs, including those with Autism and global developmental delay, ensuring they received inclusive, individualised care.
I have experience with creating and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs), and I worked closely with SENCOs, class teachers, and families to provide tailored support. I have also completed placements in social care and community support settings.
Alongside this, I have informal babysitting experience for family and friends and bring a calm, reliable, and fun approach to every home I support. My background in education and social work means I am well-equipped to handle a wide variety of needs with empathy, structure, and understanding.

My Availability
I am currently studying for my MSc in Social Work, so my availability until the end of June is mainly weekday evenings and weekends. From July onwards, I will be available full-time and can offer more flexible daytime hours throughout the week.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
My standard rate is £10–£12 per hour, depending on the number of children, the time of day, and any additional responsibilities (e.g. homework help/ bedtime routines). I am happy to discuss and agree on a rate that works best for your family based on your individual needs and requirements.
I am happy to travel to your home, and I am based locally. If travel involves a longer distance or finishes late in the evening, a small additional transport fee may be required to cover public transport or a taxi. I’m always happy to discuss this in advance to make sure it works for both of us.
