Hello, my name is Carly and I have a Level 5 diploma as an Early years lead, specialising in ages 0-8 years. I am 38 years old and have worked with children for 22 years both in nursery settings and youth clubs.
I am also a Mummy to two beautiful children myself!
I love love love the outdoors, spending time walking my dog and being with my children! I also love being by the water and spend a lot of time at the beach, body boarding and swimming all year round!
I love gardening and think it’s so important to teach our children how to care for living things and get them outside in nature as much as possible!!
I am a big kid at heart and am an incredibly patient, nurturing person.
My Experience
I have worked as a baby room practitioner with children aged 3 months - 2 years whilst gaining my level 3 qualification. I then worked as a deputy manager in a preschool room with 3-4 year olds before taking over as the manager.
I left childcare for a while to have my own children and then returned and have managed a setting in a primary school for the past 5 years, I also gained my level 5 diploma as an early years lead during this time. I am highly qualified, and have paediatric first aid, DBS and food hygiene training.

My Availability
I am available on Friday and Saturday evenings, and may also be available for few hours during the day at weekends.
I am also happy to help during holidays when settings are closed.
