I have a 7 year old boy, me and my husabnd both are working in NHS and we are having shift works. We do not need someone to look after our son on daily basis, but we will be able to say in advance which all days and what hours to be covered which are not specific days of the week. Some days we will need the cover in the morning from 7.30 am until the school starts and some days in the evening from 5.15 to 6.30pm or very rarely until 8.30pm.
