My Experience
I’m a qualified Early Years Teacher with over 5 years of childcare experience. I’ve had the pleasure of working across a range of roles, including as a Teacher, Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, and Nursery Nurse. This has given me a strong understanding of different age groups and the ability to adapt to each child’s unique needs.

As a Nursery Practitioner I work closely with a small knit team. we work together to create a fun, stimulating and educational environment. I plan and organise activities for children, change nappy's, work on all areas of development. I observe, assess and record children's progress throughout the week providing parents with daily, weekly and monthly feedback. I support children with additional needs and encourage independence by creating a safe environment.

I took on several roles within different schools from class teacher to SEN TA. This made a a very adaptable individual, I was able to create strong relationships with adults and students within a short period of time. In my free time I taught a six-week long photography club for young under-privileged children at The Springfield project in hopes to make the area a more child friendly place.
