Looking For A Childminder/Nanny Who Can Provide After School Care (Ideally From Our Home)

My Requirements
We are immediately looking for a nanny or similar to look after our son after nursery and quite likely going into his early school years which will start next year. He's a lovely little boy with a predominantly sunny disposition. However, he does have special needs and is non-verbal which will present challenges from time to time. Physically he is fine and able. We'd be ideally looking for someone who could pick him up from nursery around 3 and look after him at our home until around 5:30pm. I work from home and have been managing up until now but it is becoming untenable as he gets to be an older toddler and also deserves attention which I cannot give him and manage work at the same time.
