Fay has been a wonderful help with my 7yr old boy who has special needs, she has been looking after him in the mornings, and I honestly really appreciate how attentive and helpful she is with things I need. it is clear she genuinely cares, and my son feels comfortable and safe with her which means so much to me as a parent. She’s also reliable and always on time, which has been a huge help with my morning routine.
