With over 10 years of experience in primary schools and more than 3 years as a private tutor, I’m passionate about creating a relaxed, friendly, and supportive environment where children feel confident to learn and thrive. Whether your child needs help preparing for the 11+, SATs, or simply a boost in Maths, English, reading, or phonics, I tailor each session to meet their individual needs. I offer both individual and small group tutoring, and I also provide guidance for children who may be struggling with anxiety or finding school life overwhelming. My goal is to help every child reach their full potential in a calm, positive, and encouraging space.
My Experience
I am a fully qualified teacher with over 10 years of experience, specialising in supporting children aged 5 to 11. Throughout my career, I have worked across a range of primary year groups, gaining a deep understanding of how to engage and support young learners at every stage of their development. I am fully DBS checked and have extensive experience working with children with a variety of special educational needs, always tailoring my approach to meet each child’s unique requirements.
My Qualifications
Schools Direct PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) aged 5-11.
Physical Education and Sport and Exercise Science Degree
My Availability
I am currently taking new bookings for regular after-school sessions, available Monday to Friday. I also offer flexible booster sessions during half terms and school holidays, which can be arranged at various times to suit your schedule.
