My Experience
I'm a trauma-informed accredited coach, integrative therapist and mindfulness mentor - but I work as a human, personally and thoughtfully to my clients needs, and age appropriately.
Parenting and family support is dear to my heart. I have a bonus 6 year old daughter, and I'm currently exploring parent spaces and parent/child classes through my work as a coach and facilitator to help parents have a trusted compassionate space to share, develop and grow together through my parent/child workshops and training classes.
I was a barber/mindfulness mentor in Hampshire for 10 years, and built deep trust privately serving celebrity and elite sports clients, and various high-net worth individuals. I would be invited to work within their close family units, and provided emotional well-being and mindfulness support alongside my barbering.
