About Me
We are Will and Dani, and have lived in Bristol for about 2 years, in Windmill Hill near Victoria Park. Our baby is a happy little 3 month old.
We both work from home and are available for emergencies. Will is a civil servant and Dani is a software product manager.
We keep a moderate schedule, usually not starting our work days until after 9am. We work in our own study, so the sitting room and baby's room are available all day. We have a big garden with grass and some seating areas for nice weather.
First time parents and open to learning from you and your expertise, so we are hoping for experienced and well-qualified nannies/babysitters.
My Requirements
We have 2 needs, possibly for different people depending on availability.
1. nannying: with Dani going back to work at the end of September and Will going back at the beginning of January, we are hoping to have someone start part time in early October but are somewhat flexible.
We are on the wait lists for some nurseries, but we don't want to put our child into nursery until she is a little older (and likely this will work with waitlist times to be mid-year 2026.)
2. babysitting: occasional evenings or weekends, some now, some starting in late September
Our baby:
- We are following the "no screens before 2 years" advice
- exclusively breastmilk, a mix of expressed in bottles and breastfed. Baby switches between both easily
- 2-3 naps per day - not scheduled yet, but generally late morning, mid-afternoon, and evening naps
