About Me
I grew up in a loving and close-knit family, where I learnt the importance of kindness, respect, and helping others. I'm originally from India, and now I'm living in the UK while studying for my Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at Queen Mary University of London.
Back home, I've always enjoyed spending time with children in my family and community, helping them with homework, playing games, and just being there for them. That's where my love for childcare began.
Right now, I'm studying hard and also looking for part-time work where I can support families and care for children. In the future, I hope to work in the tech field and use AI to help people in meaningful ways. But no matter what, I always want to stay connected to caring for others, especially children, because it brings me so much joy.
My Experience
I've looked after two children aged 4 and 7 for a family outside my own for like 1 year . I worked with them for about 10 hours a week over a year. My main responsibilities included helping with homework, reading storybooks, playing fun indoor games, going to the park, and sometimes doing school pick-ups. I also helped with light meal prep and made sure they were settled and calm by bedtime.
I always focused on creating a safe, happy, and caring environment for them.
