I am a kind, willing to help, thoughtful and enthusiastic person. I love sports (rowing and running) and have just finished my A-Levels. I am 19 in September but confident with children. I am taking a Gap Year Sep 2025 - Aug 2026 with no other commitments apart from running as a hobby.
My Experience
I always used to ask my mum if she had any friends with young children I could help look after. For my DofE Bronze and Silver, my volunteering was helping my mums friend 3 times a week after school with foster children as she was a foster carer. I loved it and would spend my weekends too. I did this for 3 years with experience from newborn to 7+ years even. I also babysat for a family for a while with a 13 and 6 year old.
My Qualifications
I don’t have any specific qualifications however am currently undergoing the process for DBS check and paediatric first aid course before I take on any jobs!
My Availability
Happy to be flexible and do some overnights and weekends if necessary.
