About Me
I’m reaching out as I will be relocating to Exeter in September and am looking to join a welcoming family as a full-time nanny. I completely appreciate the importance of finding someone calm, capable, and genuinely nurturing to support your child’s care and development from the very beginning.
In addition to my professional experience, I bring a deep understanding of additional needs, as
I’ve grown up supporting my brothers who have complex neurodevelopmental and medical needs. This has shaped my natural empathy, patience, and strong instincts around health and wellbeing — qualities that I carry into every childcare role.
I’m also a very active person and love the outdoors — I surf, horse ride, and play rugby (previously with Exeter Chiefs Academy). I find that this balance of structure and playfulness helps me bring energy, imagination, and calm resilience into my care for children.
My Experience
I hold an enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid certification and have worked in a range of early years settings, including nurseries, babysitting for families with triplets, forest and beach schools, and surf and rugby mentoring. At The Snug Nursery, I’ve supported babies as young as 3 months and am experienced in planning and delivering age-appropriate, sensory-rich activities that encourage secure attachment, exploration, and early learning.
