Please Note: this role is term-time only, no help needed in school holidays

We are a family of 5 (plus a sausage dog called Betty) looking for an after school nanny. Ideally we need Mon, Wed and Thu (3pm-6pm) but may be able to find a little flex for the right person.

You will collect all three children from school, which is just a five minute walk away from our home across a green space. Once home, the kids enjoy all sorts of activities. Our house is stocked with a multitude of games and toys and, as the children all love crafting, we have lots of craft materials too - including a 'junk modelling' corner in the living room. We have a large garden and are lucky enough to have a trampoline, swings, sandpit, mud kitchen, basketball hoop, playhouse, treehouse, water play and a multitude of vehicles - so when the weather allows, they are very well catered for.

You will prepare dinner for them - normally planned/shared at the start of the week, for them to eat together at the dinner table, clearing up when finished. Mummy (Katie) works from home in a small office separate from the house on a Monday and Thursday. Daddy (Dan) tends to be home before 6pm. We both work 4 days a week, so will cover the other two days ourselves.

The children:

Skye (10 in October) is bright, kind, articulate and mature with a lovely nature. She loves reading and is currently into choir, netball and swimming.

Teddy (6 in August), one of the youngest in his year at school, is bright, creative (loves building and drawing) and active. He is slightly obsessed with Lego and all types of vehicles.

Ziggy (3) has a sweet personality and is generally pretty laid back. He's very independent and articulate for his age - often surprises us with his use of vocabulary - and know what he wants.

They all love the outdoors and enjoy their bikes, scooters or go-karts. Trips to playgrounds and parks always go down well.
