About Me
I am a primary school teacher with over 20 years experience teaching the primary curriculum in the state sector.
I have also enjoyed working in a private Saturday school tutoring children preparing for 11+ or who have gaps in their maths and English knowledge.
Over the years I have done a lot of private tutoring one to one in Maths and English.
It is always a pleasure and a privilege to be able to work one to one with a pupil. Building a relationship and discovering what a students needs are and how to help them to achieve to their full potential brings me a lot of joy and satisfaction.
My Experience
I have been teaching since 1994. Most of my experience is with students from junior school age(7-11). I have taught across all year groups in all subjects.
I have also worked as a private tutor throughout my teaching career.
I currently work part time in 2 different primary schools as a PPA teacher where I deliver the computing curriculum as well as covering other subjects when needed.
My Qualifications
BA Psychology and Sociology from UCC( University College Cork)
PGCE (University of Roehampton London)
My Availability
I am available Monday, Friday and Saturday anytime. Tuesday-Thursday after 5pm
