? About Our Son

Our son is affectionate, bright, and playful. He will be enrolled in preschool/nursery during the day. He thrives in a gentle, structured environment filled with stories, music, creative play, and time outdoors. We value a low-screen household and encourage early learning through engaging, hands-on activities and quality one-on-one time.

?? Your Role – Typical Responsibilities

For both live-in and live-out nannies:
    •    Morning routine: getting him ready, preparing breakfast, and taking him to preschool
    •    School drop-offs and pick-ups (driving preferred)
    •    Planning and supervising enriching after-school activities (see below)
    •    Organising playdates, soft play, park trips, and outings
    •    Supporting early learning through storytelling, puzzles, crafts, music, and themed play
    •    Preparing healthy meals and snacks
    •    Light child-related housekeeping: his laundry, toy organisation, and tidying his room
    •    Bedtime routine and storytime (on agreed evenings)
    •    Additional support during school holidays (by arrangement)

Additional responsibilities for live-in nannies:
While our son is at nursery, we would kindly ask for support with full housekeeping duties, including:
    •    General household cleaning
    •    Family laundry and ironing
    •    Keeping common areas clean and tidy
    •    Occasional help with errands or grocery organisation
Requirements
    •    Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
    •    At least 2–3 verifiable childcare references
    •    UK right to work
    •    Valid UK driving licence (own car a plus)
    •    Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to update)
    •    Childcare or early years qualification is a plus, but not required for highly experienced candidates
