I have worked in childcare for the last 12 years and been a full time Nanny for the last 10 years. I have experience with twins, triplets, newborns and children with food allergies, diabetes, epliepsy and autism. I enjoy my job and am constantly singing and making up stories with the children I look after. I love to do arts and crafts and imaginary play with the children I care for. My Experience
Before becoming a Nanny, I worked for 18 months at a nursery in Southampton, where I worked in the baby room, looking after babies aged 6 weeks to 2 years. I then moved to a nursery in West Byfleet where I was the Room Leader in preschool room, looking after children aged 2 - 5 years old.
My Qualifications
I am first aid trained,I have a NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, a Diploma in Child Psychology and a 2:1 BA (Hons) Degree in Performing Arts. I am Ofsted registered.

I have known Hayley for almost 6years and during the 4years Hayley worked as my nanny she was above and beyond fantastic.
Incredibly diligent, creative, listened to every request and adapted her week and monthly routine around this. Hayley is someone who has experience working with newborns up teens and her approach allows the children to feel confident, happy and excited to be with her.
Highly recommend.

Hayley had sole charge care of my 3 children from approx May 2014 until September 2015 and then as part of a nanny share until approx September 2016. When Hayley joined us my son was 9 months old, my youngest daughter was 2.5 and my eldest was 4. Going back to work was a daunting process and the prospect of a full time day nursery + before and after school clubs was both overwhelmingly expensive and not what i wanted for my children. Hayley literally came to the rescue.
In her time with us, we found her to be both extremely reliable and capable, with a flexable and enthusiastic attitude. She juggled toddler groups, preschool and infants school, managed the kids washing, ironing and cooking and made time for simple fun activities that they still talk about, all with a smile and a sense of adventure. Knowing the children were in Hayley's safe hands made my transition back to work so much easier and the children adore her. She was their carer, older sister and best freind.
Though my children are older now and in full time school, Hayley remains our go to person for any of our childcare needs and i would not hesitate to recommend her to any other family looking for a nanny to assist with their childcare needs. Hayley was a nanny to our twins in 2015 when they were 1 year old. Hayley is an excellent nanny - she adores her job and we found her to be very professional, dedicated and completely reliable. She is also happy, friendly, hard working and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was flexible, adaptable and was a real help to us when we needed someone to fit in with our arrangements. She was great with our children, and handled looking after two young toddlers with ease! Hayley is a real find, and we absolutely recommend her!
