About Me
Caring experienced nanny with enhanced PVG available for one off or regular childcare. My experience of caring for babies and pre-school age children through to age 12 includes children with additional support needs such as autism, anxiety and ADHD.
I’m a mum to a young adult, I have a degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Counselling Skills. I'm passionate about children's wellbeing and mental health and their social, emotional and cognitive development. Experienced in caring for primary age children who have anxiety/experienced trauma, I have a good understanding of child development, attachment theory and brain development.
I’m patient, enjoy reading stories, imaginative play, outdoor adventures and encouraging creativity. I aim to build relationships with your child(ren), nurture them, promote learning through play and fun and encourage their curiosity and creativity!
I love animals so pets are a bonus, not an issue!
I have years of experience caring for children with additional support needs including autism, anxiety, sensory processing difficulties, developmental coordination disorder/dyspraxia, Tourette syndrome, ADHD.
