My name is Rachel I am currently a 3rd Year student midwife, due to qualify in the summer. Before starting university I was a Ofsted registered childminder for 8 years.
I live in Church Crookham with my husband Michael and our three children Lola (13) Bobby (11) and Charlie (7)

Currently a Student midwife. Previously registered childminder for 8 years. I also previously worked in a preschool and as a childminding assistant.
My Qualifications
Working towards Bachelors in midwifery, up to date training on BLS.
Previously when I was ofsted registered, I achieved the CYPOP5 unit – Understand how to set up a home based child care service – of the Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce. I have also been pediatric first aid trained, attended a safe guarding workshop.
I also have a national diploma in health and social care where a section of my course focused on caring for children and young people.

Rachel looked after our 4 year old daughter. She used to pick her up from school, look after her after school which included making sure she had some dinner. She would look after her until we were able to collect her in the evening. My daughter grew very fond of Rachel very quickly and absolutely loved spending time with Rachel both before and after school. We couldn't recommend Rachel more, she has been a fantastic chilminder. Incredibly caring and professional. She is a polite, lovely and smiley person! She was always helpful and has been flexible with us at short noticed which has helped us alot.
