About Me
I am an Ofsted registered child minder who has been childminding for over 23 years. I live with my husband Steve, I have two children Sophie who is 24 , and Michael who is 21. We live in a detached house in Warmley, Sophie is now living in York after finishing University, Michael is at Chichester University in his last year, we have a 2 year old cat called Oscar. I regularly attend training and I am up to date with covering the Early Years Foundation Stage.
I received "Good" with Outstanding aspects in my last inspection which was in February 2020. I am able to accept Nursery Grant Funding.
I am an active child minder who visits a variety of different activities, these include outdoor groups, park and farm visits, library and just generally getting out and about. I have membership at Westonbirt and the Wild Project, I believe in children experiencing the outdoors in all weathers. I have excellent references from previous parents who have used me.
My Experience
Before I had my own children I worked in a Nursery with the last 2 years managing a Family Unit based in a Primary School. I have over 30 years of various childcare experience and I am a qualified NNEB. I belong to my local child minding network and I am registered to take the Government Grant for 2, 3 & 4 year olds. I have a relevant First Aid certificate, basic hygiene and a selection of others.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
£6.00 per hour, different rates for before and after school care. For shorter days or term time only I charge £6.50 an hour.
