About Me
My name is Lorraine, i have been childminding for 13yrs, I am married with 2 children. My son is 26 and an assistant manager at a gym and my daughter is 22 and will be graduating in July 2025 with a Law degree. I have a 4 bedroom house with a garden with a wide range of toys and equipment for all ages.
I provide a fun and safe environment with trips out which can include toddler play groups, park, feeding ducks, library and many more. I keep up to date with the curriculum, safeguarding, first aid with training courses so I can ensure happy and safe environment for all the children. References available on request.

Lorraine has been looking after my daughter since she was 9 months old (she’s now 11) and my son since he was 22 months (he’s now 4).
Both my children love Lorraine and have been happy whilst in her care. She loves the children she looks after like her own and all the children love Lorraine too. Lorraine’s family are also very loving towards the children and her home is warm and welcoming and feels like home away from home. Lorraine maintains good communication with parents and will always be honest and open ensuring the children are the priority. I feel confident in knowing that when my children are with Lorraine they are well looked after and that gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Lorraine as a childminder!

Our daughter has been going to Lorraine since she was 10 months old. She has absolutely thrived, and is always so happy at drop off and pick up. Lorraine provides a very warm and nurturing environment, with lots of stimulating activities and daily trips out and about. Our daughter has learnt so much and especially enjoys all of the time they spend outdoors. It is a real home from home, and it is so lovely to see how much our daughter loves going to Lorraine and how much she is developing whilst there.

Lorraine has been looking after our little girl since she was 9 months old. She made us feel so welcome and at ease with leaving our daughter with her. Shes been brilliant with socialising our daughter with other children, doing various activities indoors and outdoors and assisting with her development.
Lorraine cares for the children so much and it shows at drop offs and pick ups the joy on their faces with her. She has such a positive influence on our daughter and we are so grateful to have found such a gem!

Lorraine has been looking after my son since September 2012.
Lorraine provides a wide, fun range of activities for my son. Lorraine's home is always welcoming and he has great fun playing with all the toys available. My son has became part of their family and has settled in really well.
Lorraine is always friendly and reliable, I am happy with the level of care my son receives.
I would absolutely recommend Lorraine as a childminder.
