My Summary
About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder and a mother of two children living in Basingstoke in Hampshire. I live with my husband and our two children aged 17 and 13.
I offer a home from home secure environment with lots of toys, books and learning resources. I regularly update my resources and take children out to groups, the library, soft play centres, farms, National Trust properties and the parks. I follow the EYFS for children aged 0-5 years. I have a level 3 diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.
In my last inspection in July 2024 I was graded
Outstanding for the second time by Ofsted in all areas assessed.
I like to build good working relationships with parents and will work closely with you to provide childcare specific to individual needs.
My Experience
I have plently of hands on experience looking after my own children and minded children also.
I provide a caring and fun learning environment for the children. We do a mixture of activities to help children achieve early learning goals and to reach their full potential. I have a dedicated toy room and a garden that the children benefit from. I regularly see other local childminders and their children so my mindees are well socialised as they get to meet other little ones and form friendships.
