My name is Lucy,
I am a mother myself, to two beautiful girls.
I am a bubbly, kind, loving and patient individual who is very hard working, reliable and trustworthy. I am very organised, responsible, caring and confident finding it very easy to communicate and interact with others whilst very considerate of individual family needs, willing to commit and listen to both the children and their parents.
I am easy going, firm but fair. I love baking, playing games, reading, going for walks and doing activities with children. I can adapt to any situation I find myself in and I can cope with any unexpected event or emergency calmly.
I have a good sense of fun, and enjoy all aspects of childcare. I am compassionate and dedicated to the care of both young children and babies. I have a Jack Russell - I love all animals bar the odd spider!.
I have an enhanced CRB check and hold a full clean driving license and have my own transport. I can provide excellent references.

My Experience
I have spent the past 15 years working with children From newborn to 16 years for private families as a sole charge nanny/babysitter. Collecting from school, taking the children to various afterschool activities, helping with homework etc. I am a country loving girl, enjoying the outside, whether it be countryside walks or mucking out the chickens!. I am very confident in the kitchen providing meals for the whole family. Also the light housekeeping too and laundry etc. Normal home help duties to make life easier for the family!
My Qualifications
5 GCSE passes Grade C or above
Confident Babysitting (included First Aid) - Leamington College
15 years working as a Nanny
Gained (OUL) Foundation Certificate in Early Years – endorsed by the Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC). This degree is a step on the way to the graduate entry pathway (GEP) that leads to Early Years Professional Status (EYPS).
Online Academies Diploma for Autism Awareness in children, with a distinction.
Online Academies Diploma for Counselling in children and young adults, with a distinction.
