My Experience

I have worked with children one way or another for the last 25 years.

I started out as a nanny and then successfully ran my child minding business for 8 years and then decide to move into nannying once my youngest daughter reached teenage years.

I am level 3 qualified so have a great knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and a child's individual development, I have a DBS, pediatric first aid certificate and I have level 2 food hygiene training. I have current training in safeguarding and management and like to keep up-to-date with new developments in child care.

I ran my own before and after school club for 5 years in Horsforth and have achieved a "good" grading from Ofsted twice during my child minding years.

My own 4 children have given me the experience to be a constant, warm, kind, role model working alongside mums and dads who need to leave their children whilst working. I understand the difficulties you have leaving them and balancing work home and our babies.

I love babies and love been out doors.

My Qualifications

I am qualified at level 3 CACHE Children and Young peoples workforce.
I have an enhanced DBS and continue to be linked to the update service.
Safeguarding and Management training are up-to-date.
Food hygiene levels 2

My Availability

I am at present working full time as a housekeeping manager at a premiere wedding venue but need to earn a little extra to help with the cost of everything living and would be interested in providing a few hours of babysitting for the right family.
I am registered with voluntary registration and home carers part of Ofsted so continue to have my EY number which can help with tax credits and college or university funding.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

Babysitting fees:
£12 per hour up to 12pm
£16 per hour after 12pm
